Cassandra was so helpful when I asked for an extension regarding returns. My wedding was in Florida and I live in Wisconsin. She let me keep the headpieces for extra time to see which piece would work for my hair. Also, my necklace broke during my reception. I let Cassandra know what happened, and she sent me a new necklace so I would have it for a keepsake.
