Shipping

All orders are shipped from the USA. Most will be shipped from Kansas City, MO. Some rush orders may be delivered through drop shipment direct from the manufacturer.

We offer USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. There is a shipping price calculator in the shopping cart if you would like to see shipping costs.

All shipments include insurance to cover lost or damaged orders. If you order is lost please contact us at orders@cassandralynne.com

USPS and UPS do not cover stolen items if they are marked as delivered. Please make sure you have a safe place for orders to be delivered. Choosing signature confirmation can help prevent theft.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. We use DHL and DHL Worldwide. Please read all of our shipping information for interantional customers here.

Most headpieces and jewelry are packed in a paper jewelry box or lux jewelry pouch. Sale and discontinued jewelry and headpieces may be packed in an organza jewelry bag. All items are shipped in cardboard shipping boxes. We do not use padded envelopes to prevent damage.

Returns

We accept returns on jewelry and headpieces that are new with tags, and unworn.

There is a 30-day return policy. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt except for custom items and final/discontinued sale items. Custom items include pieces altered to your desire and are non-refundable. You can log in to your account and request a return here https://myaccount.cassandralynne.com You can also initiate a return by emailing us at returns@cassandralynne.com Please include your order number and items you wish to return. With either option, label costs are deducted from the refund amount and are usually about $4 to $6 or more if you are returning a larger number of items. Return labels are provided by USPS return service. This applies to domestic customes only. International customers will need to provide their own return shipping label.

General Questions

All of our cubic zirconia jewelry is lead and nickel free. Any jewelry pieces with crystals will contain a tiny amount of lead from the crystal. Crystal is leaded glass. Any crystal or rhinestone necklace sets that are silver plated, although the posts on earrings are hypoallergenic, may not be completely hypoallergenic. All jewelry and headpieces are intended for persons 12 years and older.

You are welcome to order several pieces to see in person. Please be aware that return shipping may be slightly higher than quoted in our return information depending on the number of pieces you are returning. All return information still applies and can be found here. DETAILED RETURN INFORMATION

This is specific to each style. Styles are made in China, South Korea, or the United States. Some styles are made in the USA from imported parts. If you are concerned please reach out with the specific style you are interested in.
