Last, her customer service is top notch, I received my bracelet and it was very big on my tiny wrist, I brought it to a jeweler to re-size and they said they could not do it so I reached out to Cassandra via her website and she let me send back the one I had received and sent me the same bracelet in a smaller size that fit my wrist perfectly.
